Pitching:  The oversized opening with the built-in strike zone indicator makes a perfect target from the mound!  Work 1- on -1 with the pitcher, no need for a catcher.

Throwing:  The HUGE sock opening, (large enough to fit the entire screen of many competitors inside), allow the screen to stand in for basemen while working with infielders on relays, double plays, and many other drills.

Hitting:  The enormous opening eliminates dangerous ricochet when balls miss the sock and rebound off the net.  The second layer of netting on the back fully absorbs the impact preventing pop-backs and also extends the life of the net.  Balls always remain collected inside the sock for quick retrieval.
